Rent and lease payments can be made through your online portal. Residential tenants use RentCafe and commercial tenants use CommercialCafe. Both portals allow you to set up automatic payments so you never have to think about it again.
A maintenance emergency is anything that poses an immediate risk to health, safety, or the property itself. This includes flooding or active water leaks, complete loss of heat or air conditioning, gas leaks, electrical hazards, and security issues such as a broken lock. For emergencies, please call us directly rather than submitting through the portal so we can respond right away.
We take maintenance requests seriously and prioritize them based on urgency. Emergency issues are addressed as quickly as possible, often within hours. Routine maintenance is typically scheduled within a few business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
